Hi all:

One of our offices has only one network drop available for the 5 phones
in that room. I set up an 8-port hub and started connecting phones to
the hub. The first two phones were able to boot up successfully (getting
the IP address via DHCP and registering with sipx). But it seems that
any phone after that cannot retrieve the IP address from DHCP.

I switched phones around and all can register successfully if they are
one of the first two connected. I assigned static IPs but still
experience the same issue. I switched hubs to see if that changes
anything. Same thing.

Does anyone know if this is a known issue with connecting phones via a
hub?

Thanks!
