It's not your English. You have not carefully described either your configuration or your problem is enough detail that anyone can help you. Go back and read the page I sent a link to, and read the reply from Tony. Follow his advice, and take careful note of everything. Spend some time to write a careful description. If it takes you less than 45 minutes to write this up, you are probably not doing a good enough job.
