Hi.

I thought I was out of the loop last night when I got the polycoms to register. 
 However, it seems that incoming calls work fine but outgoing calls do not have 
any audio.

This only happens on the polycom ip500.  The Bria softphones and x-lites all 
work without any issues for both incoming and outgoing, so I can assume it's 
not a firewall issue.

I believe it has something to do with the phone settings.  I am using the auto 
provision from sipx to send the profile to the phone.  I think it might be how 
I configured the polycom phone settings in sipx.

Please advice.
