happening.

There are three or four fields in a SIP INVITE that the receiving phone
might pick values from to put on the display.  Which one is chosen
depends on the rules used by the receiving phone, and what value it has
depends on what the various intermediate systems have done to it.

In the case of SIP trunk connections, these choices also interact with
the rules that the provider makes about how requests should be
constructed in order to be accepted by the provider.  Providers differ
in this, and there are a bunch of settings in sipXbridge that affect
it.

Then the phone you're using internally is displaying the Display Name
portion of the From header.
