DID numbers to pilot hunt groups, access vm, pilots for acd, to hit a
schedule based live operator and AA in off hours (the scheduler for the user
is more robust then the AA itself). If you are simplify dial plans, it would
also be helpful to have default entries for "services", which is sorely
lacking.

i.e. There should be a 411 entry with preconfigured service (goog411, etc.),
and carrier features (call block, call return, etc.).
