I'm beat, no idea how to update short of installing 4.2.1 using ISO and 
restoring from a backup.

All I know is that we had not noticed until now that we had problems. In 
testing, we're finding that sometimes the phones ring, sometimes they don't. 
All phones vanish, then they all reregister, weird things :).

I'd love to update and see if some of these things go away.
