Figure I've got nothing to lose by installing another system to at least find 
out if the condition goes away, especially if I can't find the solution on the 
current server being worked on.

I also have snapshots, just can't do much with them at the moment. One is all 
but one phone disappearing from the registered list and the other is all of 
them disappearing.
