I like this idea.  Would it be implemented on the SipX server itself?  Would 
there be any performance issues if I ran pfsense on SipX while it is behind a 
physical firewall?

How about a blacklist service similar to an anti spam blacklist? Those are 
highly effective. It could be a public list that anyone could subscribe to. 
Just a thought.
