If FreeSWITCH can support safely reloading configs 100% of the time, would people still want to push the button to make a single "transaction" as Tony put it. I think so.
BAD: Think of this race condition: t=0 change is made to conference using web ui. t=3 users restart conference looking for new settings t=7 lazy replication fires and new settings are actually sent and reloadxml is called t=10 admin is scratching their head why new conference is not using new settings. BETTER t=0 change is made to conference using web ui. t=1 web ui shows reload nec., admin initiates reloadxml because she is done with config t=3 users restart conference and have new settings NOTE: When, we learn what settings require restarting sofia, that "reload required" turns into a "restart required". The intelligence for learning which settings require reload v.s. restart are built into sipxecs config system.
