Is it possible Polycom has determined which batches are defective? If they have, you can tell by the date code on the side of the box most likely. I had that with a batch of 550s that had to be pulled prior to installation. It was a simple process - had the phones in a few days.

Never had an issue until now. Lost PoE on 7 of them. However, I could still power them with a power adapter. ...That reminds me, I better get those RMA's submitted. --Jim _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users/ _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users/ _______________________________________________ sipx-users mailing list [email protected] List Archive: http://list.sipfoundry.org/archive/sipx-users/
