Is it possible Polycom has determined which batches are defective?  If they
have, you can tell by the date code on the side of the box most likely.  I
had that with a batch of 550s that had to be pulled prior to installation.
It was a simple process - had the phones in a few days.

Yep, same problem on a recent shipment. Never had an issue until now.
Lost PoE on 7 of them.  However, I could still power them with a power
adapter.

...That reminds me, I better get those RMA's submitted.
