I'm in the process of testing it. I think the sipxconfig interface is
missing a quailifier for designating the itsp gateways/subnets that will
send calls. I've asked upstream about this.

Yes, there is a change for the itsp account. i have done that, but
sipxconfig is missing some logic in the ui.
