I think if they dont have voicemail>email integration there no way to tell
if there is an issue. It SOUNDS as though their MWI wasn't working. If you
parsed through the logs for the date in question (assuming you still have
them) it would be easy enough to see if there was a voicemail/call.

I know patch#12 has some fixes as related to MWI, but if there were getting
notified of other messages in the interim, it becomes a mystery.

If it was sent to email one or both email logs would indicate it too.

I think its hard to troubleshoot this if its one isolated incident and more
than 7 days have passed (log rotation stuff).
