Correct amundo. Not all firewalls play nice with FTP and I find adding PASV
address and ports to the config always makes FTP very problem free.

(BTW - To the poster... The polycom wiki page has FTP how/why/when to use
right underneath the TFTP now, it was not there when you posted this so I
added it for posterity. If it was there, I'd pick on you.)
