Pinch-Zooming is not working for me even within a snapshot, and after changing the Auto option off its status bar (setting it to any initial percentage). But I am using the latest official release of Skim 1.1.2 v24. Something interesting: I noticed that the pinching does shift the Auto option to 100%, so it is doing something... it is getting detected, and I suppose that is the first step. In the full PDF (not snapshot) the pinch does not change anything at all.
