Thanks. But be aware it's not a one-time job, I need to be able to count on you for future updates (cf. the current situation). Though the incremental updates are usually very little work and don't come too often (I expect once every 1 or 2 months, the last time was in June). Currently I can recommend using either AppleGlot, as described on the Wiki, or Localization Suite 3. The latter has a better UI and is easier to work with, but is still in beta. AppleGlot is a bit more hands-on, requires more work, but is tested more.
