I completed the localization using iLocalize; only the Skim Help and Credits.rtf are still to be translated. The method suggested by the wiki page does not work for Leopard, as AppeGlot is not supperted and ADviewer doesn't work at all. IEven the documentation on Apple website is outdated! I tried with Localization Suite, but it cames with no documentation at all. Finally, iLocalize made the job. However, I fear the localization is only for 10.5, as in Leopard there isn't nibtool. I'm ready to submit it to SVN, but I can't do ir right now as I haven't yet a developer account.
