The latex bundle has now been updated in the repository, so if you  
use the repository version of the bundle, instead of the one shipping  
with TextMate, then just do an "svn up" and you should be good to go.

If you don't have the repository version checked out, you can find  
information about how to do that on the textmate wiki (sorry, don't  
have an exact link at the moment), or ask in TextMate's mailing list.
