Hello,
if I need to uninstall a program I always use a program called Revo
Uninstaller, which removes also registry keys and files associated to the
program.
Anyway, I honestly continue not to be convinced if it's really necessary to
uninstall Skype prior upgrading... In addition, you should beware that if
you uninstall with cleaning everything you will be forced to configure Skype
again, meaning all the options, accessibility features, compact view if you
enabled it, and so on. So please some more expert user answer this question:
is it really necessary?
