Hi, You can do that by setting it in Windows. If you have Windows Vista or later, open the context menu for the speakers, go to Recording devices, select your microphone, go to Properties and, in the Listen tab, enable the checkbox you'll find. When you then press Enter or the OK button, you will hear your microphone as well as the other caller.
