Right now avatar features are locked to a sim, but that doesn't mean
avatars should suffer in the long run when they really don't have to be
locked to a sim.

Right now, reserve memory is needed. In the long run, there should be no
extra memory needed for avatars on the physics simulator for avatar
features.

Right now, script quota is a solution in the short-term. In the long
term it is not a solution to artificially lock avatars to sims and have
them submiss to sim owners. =/

At this point, region domains and agent domains make way more sense. By
then, script quotas won't be needed unless deemed as premium membership
to an agent domain.

Much the way you feel as a sim owner is the same as people feel as an
avatar owner.
