That's my point. The "restrictions" page points to the acceptable use
policy - and the acceptable use ploicy points to the restrictions page!
Circular logic if ever I saw it.

They can't backdate it, no. However, the acceptable use policy says it may
be revised at any time, and posted on the web page. One revision, and boof
- bandwidth fees.
