This is understandable when you consider the nature of the service and the
way the 128kbit upstream is managed. It's shared for starters, so if you
sat there uploading stuff, you'd create packet loss for all your

It's supported, they just won't give you phone support and they may not do

Hardly... It just means they give you a version of Netscape or IE which
sends "Optus@Home" with every HTTP request, and defaults to go to their
homepage. Probably setup for their mail, news and proxy servers by
default too. No big deal.
