Package: xringd
Description: Extended Ring Daemon - Monitor phone rings and take action.
xringd will monitor a serial line for RING signals and activate various
commands when specific "ring-delay sequences" are detected.
Its a debian package, its sound like what the modified mgetty
does, but much more flexible, different ring patterns can
execute different comands.
And you can still run mgetty on the same tty.
