The xringd author has a bad attitude. Kill the old microsoft beast
and create a new linux beast.

When I was playing around with xringd I found it quite hard to
get the right ring-pause patterns. I had to use very simple patterns
to get any reliability. I blamed that on my lack of phone skills.
