the teachers at this school probably have the same sort of mentality. Lots
of people use MS stuff and its not cheap therefore it must be good, and when
it fails you refer them to linux and mention its free, they think, how can
something free be better then this crap i just paid $x,xxx for. speaking of
stupidity, just a quick OT story, a friend works for Dell Tech Support,
someone rang up and said "im installing x software and it comes on 5 cd's, i
put in the first cd and it comes up with this thing and i clicked on
install, then it asked me for cd 2, i put it in and it still asks for cd 2,
whats wrong?" the techie asked her to check the cd was actually number 2
etc.. after 15 mins on the phone (at this stage cd 2 was not in the cdrom),
the techie says "get all of the cds and lay them out in front of you on the
desk" reply "hang on, ive got to get the first cd out"
