This is a very bitter pill, but there's a lot of truth in what you say. If
you don't pay for it, it ain't worth anything, no matter how good it is. I
think Linux being "free" is in fact a millstone.
It also creates an attitude amongst some Penguophiles that ALL software
should be free, which is of course equally silly. Personally, I'm quite
happy to pay the right price for good software).
