Just because it is a school, doesn't mean that there is any
intelligence there. I've now scratched my wife's school for the second
time. The librarian is keen, but the principal is too busy and the
computer guy only wants to talk to teachers. so, what the heck, I've
got better things to do in this case.

Re - outside experts on the $, always play dumb and ask them to
explain exactly what they mean. You can always pretend that the jargon
caught you out {:-). 

Works especially well in front of the boss when it becomes obvious
that the $consultant hasn't a clue and can not explain anything. They
don't often get called back and gives the hands-on boss something to
do distract themselves whilst they argue about the consultant's bill
{:-). I've only ever had one twig to what I was up to.
