Yes. Of course the Linuxcare recovery CDROM has more goodies and works
only on bootable CDROMs and I think requires a Pentium (not that I know
of many 386s with BIOSes that will boot off CDROM). There is also a
bootable CDROM version of tomsbtrt, which might be adequate for small
jobs and would boot up faster than the Linuxcare one. All at www.toms.net
