You’ve got 34V panels and a charge controller made for 12V, 24V, or 48V… How is that working? Jason -----Original
Message----- I have (2) Shell SP150
panels, (1) Trace C40 with DVM, (8) 6-volt, (1) 24v to 12V convertor. (2) APPO's, (1) Trango,
(1) Switch. -----Original
Message----- I just tested a couple of
AP Totals and they were drawing .37 Amps at 14.1 Volts. I found them more power
efficient than expected, and calculated that a single 12V, 80aH battery would
be more than enough to handle a few days of cloudiness and keep the
depth-of-discharge to under 50%. You can look at the Concord PVX-690T AGM for
about $120 or you can get a 12V lead-acid for under $70. Jason Szumlanski -----Original Message----- For those of us who're going to be using these on battery power
(solar charged), actual current figures would be REALLY helpful. Thanks NEOFAST.NET
