Nice catch. I believe that is the situation. I have a aB connected to the
internet service and its wireless link to the APPO Total configured as an
AP. From another wireless client through the APPO back to the aB, I can't
see the gateway just to the public side of the router. The configuration
looks like this:

Wireless PC----APPO Total (AP)----aB---
wired--Microtik---wired--Gateway(RG-1000)---Internet.
Any of the wired segments work fine and the Router is fine as well. The pc
can reach to both wired sides of the Mt but not the gateway. I believe at
this time that this is not an approved application. LML

How do you mean a "Total configured as an AP"? Is it a Total access
point or bridge? I have an aPPO on each end of my backhaul feeding
another aPPO serving as the AP. I was advised that aBs won't pass the
traffic to serve as a backhaul and found that to be the case. aPPOs work
just fine.
