Unless they're BSing me (telecom never does that right..........), it comes
with the same SLA as a T1 and I have the full 1.5mb up and down 24/7. I have
a sunset test set that will test dsl lines also, before I use the service I
will test the @$#% out of it for a couple days. But you are very correct in
being carefull of what you are buying.
