can make one easy enough. Around $130-180. Look at altronix.com for the 18-24vdc
regulator/back/charger module ($45-75) get two 12v 7 amphour ($12 ea) or larger
gel-cell or sealed lead-acid batteries and a 1200VA transformer ($60-80) and you
are all set. This will charge the batteries and regulate the voltage when AC is
normal, back up to batteries when AC fails and should run for 12-14 hours on
batteries if you use the 7Ah ones.
