[smartBridges] Topo Maps and coverage areas

I am looking for some way to find out my expected coverage range from my tower. I have found several programs that do niffy things with topo maps.  I have topo maps, but I am looking for something that can take the lines in my map and display it in 3D?  OR, what about taking it and showing what is lower/higher than where I am at?   Dennis
