I've just been inundated with mailing list email as I haven't been able to check email the past couple of days. I was able to download the beta firmware and will try it out later today. At least I know what the potential risks are after reading a ton of posts. I figure at this point, the benefit outweighs the risks..
Try to apply the beta firmware as it has worked successfully for some or replace it with another unit while we all wait for the production release of the firmware. No one wants to be viewed as a small customer but lets face it, the guy that buys a hundred of anything will get more attention than the person that buys just one.
