Is there any particular rule of thumb to using it on clients further out vs
closer clients? This is really not an exact science is it hehehehe

Its still WAY to fun I think just the sight of someone who had dialup and
now us they just beam with a big smile as they hand me the check :-)

For the most part you'll have to play with it and see
what happens. There isn't a tried and true set of settings
that will work for everyone's situation.
