This brings up a good question: If Smartbidges ships refurbished/repaired
units back to E-Comm or other distributors, will they cost the same as a
new unit? Can we as customers request to not get a refub unit, and instead
be guaranteed a new one?

If refurbished/repaired (used) parts are being sold, they should be sold
at a discount, we should be made aware (in advance) that we are getting
used parts, and we should have the option to request to not be sold these
units.

I am RMA'ing three Teletronics ez-bridges this morning because it was
obvious they shipped me used units, but charged me the price for new
units. I don't know about the rest of you but I don't want to take the
chance of giving my customers something that is broken - "fixed" or
otherwise.
