Hey..I noticed that too when I first got'em...one was to fulfill an RMA and another one a regular order. Both had the corners of the label creased as if they've been peeled off. I needed to replace a customer's unit and it worked with the new firmware so I figured no big deal.
I know that they will replace RMA's with other units that have been refurbished or deemed not to be defective but I would think that regular orders should be filled with NEW units.
