Points taken......the rants are because the equipment is defective and the
design of their outdoor units is seriously flawed (i.e. no grounding
solution, exposed/unshielded CAT 5), the manuf. won't give us our money back
and they won't admit their equipment is defective and recall it. Replacing
defective with defective is no good.

The release of their super POE unit is a good sign and proof as far as I'm
concerned that they overlooked the lack of grounding as well as the ethernet
induced static problem in their original design. As for me, if I continue to
use SB outdoor units, they are all gonna use the new super POE as well as
being put in a metal box to make up for the poor environmental design (no RF
shield on the radio box and exposed CAT 5) of the units.

Finally, it appears they've dicked around with the firmware (in order to
band-aid to thermal issue on the chipset) and made the units unstable.

Here's to hoping for better days ahead.
