Is it possible to force the setting to 10BT? Some times the Auto sensing
ports tend to jump around and would exhibit similar symptoms.

It is auto sensing - 10 / 100 so that shouldn't be a problem. The unit
we
are having the most trouble with, i.e., it goes down most often, was
flaky
when we received it. Even here in our NOC, right out of the box, it had
to
be reset several times to get the Ethernet port to come up. If there is
anything else you would like to know or anything else I should try just
let
me know. I appreciate all your help and your responsiveness to this
situation.

Thanks,
Gloria
