Most pcs phones are 1/10 watt in digatil and up to 3 watts in analogue,
pcs is in the 1.8-1.9 Ghz and in analogue are in 800-900 Mhz range. I know
many ham operators with pace makers who play with 2.4 Ghz around 10 watts.
Antennas on the roof where it does'nt effect them. I would say as long as
you don't use high gain antennas and don't have them where they can walk
with in a few feet of them you should be fine.

Most modern cell phones (hand held) are 100mW or less.
