Sam, I wish it ould be resolved as well but I get the feeling it will but in thier time not ours. They keep saying there is no more problems yet we see people that still have them and we have to jump thru the same hoops over and over and then your lucky if they ask for them back. I really am looking hard to find replacments for this stuff I am tired and so are my customers. Its sad they just wont step up to the plate. If I ran things like they did I would not be in business..
