Just for your info, I got a custumer going beetween 22% & 27%.
Quality beetween 50% & 75%.
Its a 8 miles link with a 19db panel.
He is always getting 1200k to 1600k transfer.
But he paid for the 512k package & he is really happy.

Link has been stable for last 3 month.

I'm will installed an AGC amp on the APP with the 12db omni soon.
I hope it will bring him above 40 %.

Others CPE rang beetween 37% & 80%.

Above 40% seems to get 2.4Mb transfer same with 80%.

Agreed.  They'd "like" to see 80%, but that's not "real-world" links.  I
have some close to 40%, though I don't recommend making it a habit.

60% should be OK - I have good links at 40% RSSI and 75% quality that
work fine.
