It may work, but it will be slow. I've got one with 55-57% RSSI and 85% Link Quality and he is getting very poor upload speed.
If the other sectors are not exhibiting the same behavior when testing with the same CPE equipment at the same distance, then maybe check, or replace, the antenna cable and connectors for that AP and see if that helps.
