Dennis, Thank you for posting this!  It is always good to know which distis you can trust and which ones you cannot.  I will not by from WAV because of your experience. There is also another disti familiar with many on this list.  I dealt with them once -and only once.  Currently, they are "correcting" the problem they created.  If all goes well, I will strike this up to one salesperson's bad move.  If I get anymore problems from them, I will be posting their name on this site as well. Money talks and when distis start pulling $hit, we should start pulling our money.  Separately we may all be small, but collectively we are a large industry.
