I am a new user of
these items with 4 of them on a water tower. Each AP has approximately 25
clients presently. The old AP's I was using were providing about 2.5 mbps
at peak, however, we are only getting about 1.8mbps at peak now. Also,
clients are reporting traffic being "Jerky", with bursts of speed, followed
by lags. I have tinkered with RTS/CTS, but it has not improved it, so I
have disabled it again.
I am beginning to
suspect broadcast storm traffic from each AP to the switch and back out to the
other AP's, but I'm not sure this is correct. Any
suggestions?
