Yes, Im am sorry about that. Wireless "bridges" can cross that line can't they. But that is on the wireless side (and can with some be on the ethernet side). But what it sounds like is he has all the AP's plugged into a unmanaged switch (i.e. no spanning tree or other type functions). He would need a Layer 2 switch or better, wouldn't he?
