[smartBridges] Faster Upload than Download?

Hi   For approx 1 week after my installation I was consistently getting 1.2 – 1.5 M download speed and approx 800K to 1.0 M upload (www.testmy.net)   For the last two weeks I only get between 300-600K download but 900 – 1.2 upload.   Any ideas?  I thought normally download would be faster, not the other way around?   Thanks   Hugh
