snmpset -v 1 -c COMMUNITY IP_ADDRESS 1.3.6.1.4.1.410.1.1.1.2.0 i 1

That should reboot it for you, where COMMUNITY is your administrator
password for your sb Gear, and IP_ADDRESS is the IP of the device you
want to reboot.
