There is no physical change in the setup. Probably change the IP address to either public IP address or perform NAT on the router to the private IP address already assigned. Ensure it has the gateway pointing to your router and the primary port is set to wireless (this is default and should be correct most of the time).
Also you also need to open SNMP UDP port 161 & 162 on the router/firewall as well.
