If we all have the problem....... Why does the SBtech team not having it

When the custumer comes in at the PC & try to browse...... Does it wake
the AB up ???

This is what I do. I ping everyone's router every 3 minutes and I never
have a problem. I use a nice windows tool called smonitor.
